Why Families Choose Us
A different kind of legal practice —
measured, focused, and genuinely caring
Inheritance work is not the same as other legal matters. We have built a practice that reflects that — one where pace, clarity, and personal continuity are not extras, but foundations.

What Sets Our Work Apart
Inheritance-Only Focus
We do not handle commercial contracts, employment disputes, or property sales. Inheritance and estate matters are all we do — which means every member of our team works in this area every day.
Named Contact Throughout
From the first call to the close of the matter, you deal with one named person. There is no handover to a junior team member mid-way through, and no need to repeat yourself each time you ring.
Fixed Fees, Agreed in Advance
Our standard services are priced clearly. Before anything begins, you know what it will cost. If the scope changes, we discuss that with you before it affects what you pay.
Unhurried by Design
We do not rush consultations. We do not send brief emails that require chasing. We are structured to give each matter the time it needs — and each family the space to process what is happening.
Bilingual, Practically
Thai and English documentation, Thai and English conversations. For families where members operate in both languages — or where assets span both jurisdictions — this is not a small thing.
No Commitment Required to Ask
An initial consultation carries no obligation to proceed. Many people simply need to understand what they are looking at. We are glad to help with that, whether or not it goes further.
Depth of specialist knowledge
Thai succession law sits within the Civil and Commercial Code and involves a set of rules that interact with land title systems, financial institution requirements, tax obligations, and — in international cases — the laws of other countries. A generalist legal practice handles these questions occasionally. We handle them as the core of our work.
The practical difference shows when an issue arises — when a bank requires documentation in a format the family was not expecting, or when a Land Department official raises a procedural point. We have seen most of these situations before, and we know how to respond.
A service built around people, not process
Most legal practices are organised around efficiency. That is reasonable in commercial work. In inheritance matters, though, efficiency can feel cold. We have organised the way we work around what families actually need: the ability to ask questions at each stage, a clear sense of what is happening and why, and the feeling that they are being looked after rather than processed.
That means longer initial consultations, written summaries of what was discussed, and a standing offer to call back if something was unclear.
Pricing that reflects the work, openly
Our fees are set out on our Solutions page. They reflect the work involved in each service and are agreed before we begin. We do not charge for the initial consultation, and we do not add fees mid-matter without a conversation first.
For more complex matters — those that go beyond our standard packages — we discuss scope and cost openly and provide a written summary before proceeding.
Matters brought to resolution
Estate administration can stall for many reasons — missing documentation, uncooperative institutions, or differences among family members. We have seen how matters become prolonged and we are structured to keep things moving, following up on behalf of families rather than waiting for things to resolve themselves.
Where resolution requires a formal step — such as a court application — we explain what that involves and what it is likely to achieve before recommending it.

What Makes Us Different
Distinctly Our Own
Structured around bereavement, not billing cycles
We do not send chasers when a family goes quiet. We understand that grief moves in its own time. We check in when it is appropriate to do so, and we wait when waiting is right.
Consultation summaries as standard
After every substantive meeting, we send a short written note covering what was discussed and what the next steps are. People remember things differently when they are under stress. The summary ensures everyone is working from the same understanding.
Relationships with Bangkok's key institutions
Years of working with the same district offices, courts, and financial institutions means we know how each prefers to receive documentation and who to speak to when something needs clarifying. That familiarity saves time and avoids common stumbling points.
Experience with contested situations handled quietly
When families disagree, the path to resolution is rarely improved by escalation. We know how to navigate differences among relatives in a way that keeps communication open and avoids unnecessary formality where possible.
